You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will contact the guests to inform them where they can collect the keys. Please note that the city tax is not charged for children under 14 years of age. Please note that in October, November and April, the water in the house might be turned off due to risk of frost.
