Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform L'Altitude by Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A security deposit ranging between CAD 500-1500 is required upon check-in and must be charged on a valid credit card (personal cheques and American Express are not permitted). This deposit will be voided 8 days after departure, provided there are no damages. Upon booking, L'Altitude will send a confirmation to guests with directions to the property, as well as the allocated apartment number. Guests needs to be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in.
