For same day bookings, the balance must be paid for before 16:30 on the date of check-in. Last minute bookings that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be paid for on the last working day before the check-in date. Non or late payment may result in the booking being cancelled and no keys will be left out for collection. Once the property has received payment for the booking, the guest will be sent their check-in paperwork which details key collection instructions and other important information.
