All apartments are comfortable and spacious and some have a balcony. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers. In the Alle Palme Residence you will also find free bikes for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. There is also a storage area for mountain bikes and windsurfing equipment.

The apartments are a pleasant 8-minute walk from the historical centre of Riva del Garda. Golf Club Arco's putting greens are under 2 km away. There is a bus stop just 5-minutes' walk away.

Please note that Check-in time is from 4 pm until 7 pm - Check-out time is at 9.00 am. We inform you that if you need to arrive after 7 pm and not after 11 pm there is an extra charge of € 60,00. Arrive after 11 pm are not allowed. All requests for late arrival (between 7 pm and not after 11 pm) are subject to confirmation in advance by the property with and extra charge of € 60,00

Please note that pets are allowed only upon request and only 1 pet per apartment is allowed and there is an extra charge of € 18,00 per night. Pets are not allowed in the garden area and the swimming pool / solarium area.
