Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Wed 30 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly be informed that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as following: EUR 15 apply for arrivals between 20:00 until 22:00. EUR 25 apply for arrivals between 22:00 until 00:00. EUR 40 apply for arrivals between 00:00 until 01:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. We would like to inform our guests that in the winter period, they will be asked to pay for heating separately.
