Boasting a private pool and a private balcony, this luxurious three-storey house is just 200 metres from the shores of Lake Wakatipu. Its large windows offer stunning views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains.
You can enjoy a barbecue with friends on your private balcony, or relax by the fireplace in the living room. There is also a separate office with a computer, desk and sofa bed.
Forty Two by Amazing Accom Queenstown is located in the heart of Queenstown, 5 minutes’ walk from the famous Skyline Gondola. Queenstown Airport is a 15-minute drive, and the Coronet Peak Ski Fields are a 25-minute drive away.
The house includes laundry facilities and a large kitchen with a double oven and a dishwasher. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
