Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. Please inform Queenstown Gateway Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests 18 years or under can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a non-refundable 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
