Please inform Apartamentos Las Brisas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Key collection takes place, Monday to Friday, between 15:00 and 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00 at the following address: Prestigi Properties, Avenida de Grecia Street 25, Estartit Guests arriving outside these hours or on Sundays must let Apartamentos Las Brisas know in advance in order to arrange key collection. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 6 per day. Bed linen, towels and a final cleaning are included in the rate.
