Skiing

The resort is set in the Taebaek mountain range, with an elevation of 1,500 meters. Notable pistes include the Rainbow and the Gold slopes, while the Yongpyeong Gondola and the Dragon Peak Lift provide access to various ski areas across the expansive terrain.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Yongpyeong is Yangyang, 63 minutes drive away.

Gimpo and Incheon airports are all within three hours drive.

Yangyang is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Yongpyeong Resort is accessible via a 2-hour drive from Incheon International Airport or a 1.5-hour drive from Gangwon's Yangyang International Airport. Buses and shuttles also provide convenient transport options from major cities.

When is Yongpyeong open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is early December, and usual closing is Early April (Usually early April but decided during season).

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

Aprés Ski

After a day on the slopes, guests can unwind at bars like 'The Lounge' or enjoy a meal at 'Heavenly Ski Resort Restaurant'. For nightlife, 'The Club' offers a vibrant atmosphere for those looking to dance the night away.
