The Montreux Comedy Festival will be hopping across Lake Geneva for the first time, as it takes up residence in the ski resort of Les Gets from 14-21 January 2023.
Comedians from the French and British stand-up scene will be on stage to entertain skiers and snowboarders after a day on the slopes.
The French-speaking shows take place on 17 and 18 January and English-speaking on 19 and 20 January, held in the Salle de la Colombière. It will showcase a range of well-known comedians, including Gérémy Crédeville and Tom Houghton (pictured above) headlining the event.
A fringe festival in venues around Les Gets will also give the chance to other aspiring comedians to reach a new audience.
The festival is a co-production with the well-known Montreux Comedy Festival, the famous source of comic talent that has now been making people laugh for over three decades.
