At La Plagne the idea is to remove a lot of the 'slow down' banners across slopes as studies have determined that few people pay attention to them, with piste-side speed limit signs going in instead, thought to be more likely to be adhered to.

New Lift & Easy Routes At Les Arcs for 26-27

Les Arcs has announced its lift and piste upgrades for the coming season.
The headline change is the retirement of the iconic Lonzagne lift, fondly known as the "red yoghurt pots", which has completed its final circuit after decades of service. In its place comes a sleek new 10‑person gondola linking Peisey‑Nancroix with Plan Peisey. The modern cabin system carries up to 900 people per hour and cuts the journey to just 3 minutes 20 seconds, dramatically improving flow across this key connection point in the Paradiski area.
