This includes turning off music and having visitors and non registered guests leave. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics, fireplace, stove, oven & any running water when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Please respect check-in and check-out times. A surcharge of $100 applies for late check-out hours. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Scratching the floors could be very costly to you. Please note that, No illegal substances, items or activities allowed on the premises. Please note that illegal activities such as filming is prohibited at the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.
