In Ashdown Forest, this beautiful 19th-century mansion offers spacious rooms, a spa and a 2AA Rosette restaurant. Set in 186 acres of landscaped countryside, there is an 18-hole golf course. Ashdown Country Club has an indoor swimming pool and a gym.

Dinner: Should you wish to dine at the hotel, advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Dinner inclusive rates include dinner to the value of £50 per adult to be taken in either restaurant. The Anderida Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Dress Code: Whilst we do not operate a dress code, most of our guests choose smart casual or formal wear. Children - unless otherwise specified, our children's rates are inclusive of accommodation and full English breakfast. All other meals will be charged as taken.

Deluxe Double Room with Park View (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)

Fairway Junior Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)
Located adjacent to the Country Club with panoramic views, this spacious suite offers a large bedroom, a sitting area and views over the golf course. Each suite is located 200 meters from the main hotel. Fairway Junior Suites are large enough to accommodate 2 extra beds for children. If you are bringing a child with you, please state their name and age in the 'special requests' box.
Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)
Located in the main house, this suite includes 2 rooms with the benefit of a lounge or reception area. The bathroom has a corner spa bath with a separate walk in showers. It can accommodate 2 extra beds for children. If you are bringing a child, please state their name and age in the 'special request' box.
Master Suite (Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Located in the main house, Master Suites are each unique in style with either a king size or four poster bed and a view of the lake and lawns or our beautiful parklands. All Master Suites have gorgeous bathrooms, some with whirlpool baths. Master Suites can accommodate 2 extra beds for children.
Deluxe Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This cosy room is decorated in keeping with the hotel’s grand style. These room types are located throughout the hotel. The Deluxe Rooms are not large enough to accommodate an extra bed.
