Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a 2-way transfer to/from London Heathrow Airport with an additional charge of GBP 8 for a return ticket. The National Express Hotel Hoppa Bus goes to/from all terminals. There is no need to book, just go to the relevant bus stop at the terminals; H7 bus runs for terminals 1 & 3, H56 bus runs for terminals 4 & 5. Please note that the restaurant and bar closes at 22:00.
