This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. The Moats is our private home and guests are required to vacate the premises between 10am and 6pm daily. Check in is between 6pm and 8pm. A continental breakfast, served between 6am and 9am, is included in the price. For security purposes, your host will require you to provide them with additional verification of your name and address in advance of your arrival. Smoking and all naked flames are forbidden. This room has a double bed and offers south views over the garden and fields to Coddington Church. It has ample storage space, tea/coffee facilities and additional duvets and mattess, if required. It includes a sprung daybed that extends to provide a further double bed for another 2 guests. Guests have the use of a bath and shower room, with a separate WC, both shared with other rooms. The room has a low doorway and partly sloping ceiling. The room size is 14' by 14' feet.
Budget Twin Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This budget twin room has a standard single bed, with a further standard single bed stowed beneath it, which pulls out and lifts up to provide a pair of standard single beds, both the same height. Please note that one side of this room has a sloping ceiling above one bed. This room also shares a bathroom, with a shower and bath, and a separate toilet, with other rooms. Additional guest toilet on ground floor. The room size is 12' x 7' feet.
Super King or Twin Room with En Suite Bathroom - Ground Floor (Twin/Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This room is approached through a low doorway and features a walk-in corner shower, basin and WC. The room has a choice of twins or a king size bed. French windows open south into the garden, and the window has a view north to the front garden. There is ample clothes hanging and storage space, tea/coffee facilities, free wifi and freeview TV. Continental-style breakfast included.
Budget Single Room (Sleeps 1, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This budget single room has a very small doorway, 2'6" high and 2' wide (please see pictures). It is windowless, but is not claustrophobic or stuffy due to the high ceiling. It contains a comfortable single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, hanging rail, shoe rack and tea/coffee making facilities. This room shares a bathroom with a shower/bath and a separate toilet, with other room. The room size is 13' x 4' feet.

One-Bedroom House (Holiday Home, Sleeps 2, 1 Bathroom)
This lodge comprises one room with a kitchen/ living/sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, kitchenware and breakfast bar. It has a small private deck, leading to a private WC and walk-in shower room. It stands alone in open countryside, with a private, gated parking area, PIR lighting and CCTV. Wi-fi is free. The surrounding paddocks contain our herd of rescued donkeys and a variety of poultry. This is a self-catering unit and no meals are provided.
