Set in a Grade II listed building, Homeleigh is an elegant Victorian guest house with self-catering flats. Situated in Ryde, on the Isle of Wight, the house is just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach.

For an additional charge, guests can access a swimming pool in a complex situated 10 minutes' walk from the property. Prepayment deposit has to be paid via bank transfer on the day of booking. Kindly note that only the one-bedroom apartment features a microwave.

The compact kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, mini-cooker with 2 hobs on top, a toaster and kettle. There is also a sofa, a table and 4 chairs.
One-Bedroom Apartment (2 Adults) -F2 (Sleeps 2, 1 Bathroom)
Located on the ground floor, this apartment has a room with a super king-size bed and a set of drawers. It includes central heating, a TV, an en suite with a shower, a basin, a WC and a towel radiator. The kitchen has a dining table with 4 chairs, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, kettle, white-tiled floors and comes complete with crockery and cutlery. Please note that there is a sofa bed in the kitchen and bedding is not provided.
One-Bedroom Apartment (4 Adults) - F4 (Sleeps 4, 1 Bathroom)
This apartment features a room with a double bed, with bedside cabinet and bedside lamp, and an additional double bed, (which can be made into a couch). It also features a double wardrobe, as well as a Free-view TV. The fully-equipped kitchen features a table and chairs and a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a sofa bed that can provide extra double bed for 2 people, own bedding will need to be provided. The bathroom features a large shower, basin, toilet and towel radiator. Bedding, towels and toiletries for 4 guests are provided, although this apartment can accommodate 6 guests.
One-Bedroom Apartment (2 Adults) Central Gas Heating - F1 (Sleeps 2, 1 Bathroom)
This apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers, It features an antique fireplace, a cabinet with a TV/DVD player and Freeview channels. There is a desk with a set of drawers, a chair. The fully-equipped kitchen features a table and chairs, a gas cooker with grill, and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower. Please note that towels and bedding for 2 guests are provided.
