Important Information
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests arriving after 23:00 are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The remaining balance of the reservation is to be paid upon arrival. Cheques are not an accepted method of payment. In case of early departure, the total amount of the booking will be charged. Please note that only children over the age of 12 years old can access the spa, special conditions apply, please contact the property for more information.
