L'Orangeraie est une résidence de vacances en été, en famille ou entre amis, et très paisible en basse saison ( formules locations : week-end, semaine(s) et de 1 mois à 9 mois ).
Située à l'entrée d'un typique village catalan, elle est équipée d'une belle grande piscine exposée au soleil toute la journée, non chauffée: ouverte de mai à octobre ( fermeture en dessous de 20°C ) Vous y trouverez un jardin méditerranéen, un barbecue commun, un parking privé et ombragé, un terrain de boules.
Une connexion wi-fi gratuite est à votre disposition. Claira se situe à 7 km des plages de Torreilles et Barcarès et à 11 km de Perpignan.
Nous proposons des studios avec terrasse en rez de jardin ainsi que des appartements de 6 à 10 personnes avec ou sans terrasse privative au premier et deuxième étage ( sans ascenseur ). non inclus mais disponible en service extra.
