Our 90 rooms provide a welcoming and comfortable setting for a relaxing stay in Pessac. Strategically located at Exit 14 on the Bordeaux ring road, the hotel offers quick access to major highways: the A63 leading to the Bassin d’Arcachon, Bayonne, and Spain, and the A62 towards Toulouse and the A65.

The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from Bordeaux Mérignac Airport and 15 minutes from Bordeaux city center, offering guests the opportunity to discover the Pessac-Léognan vineyards and visit the historic city center. A direct tram line, located 300 meters from the hotel, provides efficient transport to the city center in just 30 minutes.

Relax in the comfort of your room, each equipped with a kettle and courtesy tray, a safe, an iron and ironing board, as well as a bathtub (three rooms are specifically equipped with a shower for guests with reduced mobility). Complimentary high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, water fountains are located on the 1st and 2nd floors (with reusable bottles provided) to minimize plastic waste in the rooms.

Indulge in the culinary offerings of our restaurant, Le Bistrot 14, which is open from Monday to Friday (closed on Friday evening, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays). On occasions when the restaurant is closed, we are pleased to offer a selection of fresh ready-to-heat meals or platters of cold cuts and cheese.

Start your day with our American-style buffet breakfast, available from 6:30 am to 10:00 am during the week and from 7:30 am to 11:00 am on weekends and public holidays. A wide array of dishes is offered to accommodate all dietary preferences and restrictions.

On weekends with lower occupancy, we offer complimentary takeaway breakfast boxes, which can be enjoyed on-site or to go.

For your business or event needs, we offer 5 meeting rooms covering a total of 200m², all equipped with a video projector and either a screen or projection wall. Some rooms are also equipped with videoconferencing and sound systems. With 90 comfortable rooms, our hotel offers an ideal location for residential seminars and business gatherings.
