This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Sept 2024 until Tue 01 Jul 2025 La guinguette is closed from Mon 16 Sept 2024 until Thu 15 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 80 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Linen, towels and cleaning products are not provided. You are kindly requested to bring them with you. Please note that the swimming pool is not kept under surveillance.
