In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Stays for 1 night only must be paid for in cash. Please advise the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive between 20:00 and 22:00, the staff will leave your key at reception. Arrivals after 22:00 are not accepted. Please note that the pool is open from 15 June until 30 September.
