Decorated in a classic Tuscan style, this room faces the garden or the Pisa hills. It comes with Tuscan terracotta floors and exposed wood-beamed ceilings. It features air conditioning and a TV. Rate includes a late check-out until 11:00, and a takeaway breakfast of hot drinks and croissants is available for early departures. Some rooms can fit an extra bed or cot on request.
Deluxe Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This suite is the result of the restoration of the small chapel that Francesco Scatena built inside the property. It consists of a central nave, where the bed is located with a relaxation area, and two side rooms in which the bathroom is located on one side and the closet with bathtub in the other.

This triple room's standout feature is the pool with a view. Offering free toiletries, this triple room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bidet and a hairdryer. The air-conditioned triple room offers a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box as well as garden views. The unit has 2 beds.
Classic Double or Twin Room (Twin/Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
