Podere Fignano is a historic farmhouse from the 15th century, renovated in 2024 into a beautiful, stylish residence with attention to detail. The holiday home is surrounded by nature, a 2.5 hectare estate with a large seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Podere Fignano, holiday home - apartments, renovated 2024 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 26 Oct 2024 until Sat 19 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
