Offering soothing views of Chikugo River and the rural landscape, rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) floor, a seating area and traditional futon bedding. They’re equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom. Some rooms boast a private hot spring bath.
Roppokan houses drinks vending machines and a souvenir shop, and guests can unwind free of charge in the spacious public hot-spring baths, which are separated by gender.
