Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. Guests with tattoos are not allowed to use shared bathing areas and other shared facilities. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking. The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check out. Guests who wish to bring children need to contact the property at least 7 days in advance, either via an e-mail or a phone. Please advise if you wish to have dinner and/or breakfast for the children. The extra child meals cannot be served when requested upon arrival. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast or dinner at the property must make a reservation at least 3 days in advance. Guests with food allergies must inform the property at least 3 days in advance. No refund will be given if guests cancel their dinner and/or breakfast after arrival. Please note that dinner is served at either 18:00, 18:20 or 18:40. Dinner will not be served at a later time. Please note the property does not offer pick-up services. Please note that the property cannot accommodate any special requests for meals such as vegetarian or halal meals. Please note extra guests who are not included in the number of guests on the booking confirmation cannot be accommodated at this property.
