Please note that the 10 Cottages is part of the Terrace Motel and the reception is located next door at 15 Cowan Street Franz Josef 7856 where you can check in and receive information about the town including discounts on flights and restaurants. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Daily from 08:00 until 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, who can arrange a late check-in, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note there is limited mobile phone coverage in this area. Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

Three-Bedroom House (Holiday Home, Sleeps 7, 1 Bathroom)
This heated holiday home features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious lounge area with a satellite flat-screen TV. There are electric blankets and both bedrooms have a satellite flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the toilet is separate to the bathroom (there is one bathroom). This house is located in a private area next to the cottages.
Cottage with Mountain View (Studio, Sleeps 3, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This heated studio offers a kitchenette, a dining area and large windows looking towards the Franz Josef Glacier valley. Some rooms offer views of the Croz Glacier.
Two-Bedroom Cottage (Holiday Home, Sleeps 6, 1 Bathroom)
Located in the heart of the village, this private cottage features unlimited free WiFi, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a dining setting. The lounge area offers an LCD TV. All beds are fitted with electric blankets and heating is provided in all rooms. Please note that this cottage is situated separate to the other cottages and faces onto a back street in the village, across from a restaurant.
