Facing the seafront, The Factory Luxury Accomodation is a villa providing a 5-star accommodation in Kaikoura. It features water sports facilities, open-air bath and parking on-site. The spacious villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

Three-Bedroom Cottage (Apartment, Sleeps 9, 1 Bathroom)
The Factory guest wing offers splendid beachfront location and features a patio with lovely mountain views. It has a private hot tub and BBQ facilities. It boast a warming fireplace, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge area with a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player and an iPod docking station. The bathroom offers a claw-foot bathtub. Please note that the price is based on 6 guests. There is no capacity for additional guests.
