Appleby House & Rabbit Island Huts offer two different accommodation types and is located between Richmond and Mapua on the road to the Abel Tasman National Park. Situated on 25 acres it offers views of Waimea Estuary, Mt Arthur ranges and farmland.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Rabbit Island Glamping sits privately from Rabbit Island Huts accessed via its own walk bridge. It is canvas over a timber frame - you are sleeping in a very nice tent with a hard wood floor - it includes a luxury queen bed, lounge area, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, your own deck, and outdoor dining area to enjoy the 360 views of hills, mountains, and farmland. On windy nights you can imagine you are in a sailing ship with the flapping of sails.
