Margrain Vineyard Martinborough offers stylish villas, luxury suites and gatehouse rooms, set in a vineyard with stunning views. The vineyard features an on-site café.
Guests at Margrain Vineyard Villas have the unique opportunity of staying amongst the vines on a working vineyard, dedicated to producing fine wines in the heart of Wairarapa Wine Country. Martinborough town centre is a 2-minute drive away.
All accommodation features a private bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster and refrigerator. Heaters are provided. Each villa is individually decorated, and has its own balcony with views over the Huangarua River Valley. The suites feature antique furniture, and have an open-plan lounge/dining area and a spa bath.
The gatehouse is located across the road from Margrain Vineyard Villas, next door to the Cellar Door and cafe. Set amongst a private garden and vineyard, the renovated gatehouse offers private rooms, each with their own entrance and ensuite bathroom.
There are many restaurants, wineries and vineyards in the surrounding area. Free on-site parking is available.

King Suite - The Pinot Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)

Located at The Gatehouse, a house across the road from the villas and next to the Cellar Door and cafe, this double room has French doors opening onto a verandah, overlooking a large private garden and vineyard. It has its own entrance, en suite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, refrigerator, clock radio, ironing facilities, hairdryer, electric heater, electric blankets and freeview TV.
Budget Double Room - Gatehouse Verandah Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Located at The Gatehouse, a house across the road from the villas and next to the Cellar Door and cafe, this double room has French doors opening onto a verandah. It has its own entrance, en suite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, refrigerator, clock radio, ironing facilities, electric heater and freeview TV.
King Suite - The Vineyard Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Located at The Gatehouse, The Vineyard Suite is a large open-plan room with lounge area and kitchen, private outdoor area and garden right next to the vines. It also has a large bathroom with shower and bath as well as laundry facilities. It has its own entrance, en suite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, refrigerator, clock radio, ironing facilities, electric heater and freeview TV. Please note that this room is serviced daily. The Gatehouse is located across the road from Margrain Vineyard Villas, next door to the Cellar Door and cafe.
