Important Information
Please inform Heritage Queenstown in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For rates that include breakfast, please note that different policies and additional supplements may apply for extra guests. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that Heritage Queenstown requires a full accommodation plus a NZD $50 credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Family Deluxe Room Non-Lakeview (Sleeps 3, 1 Bedroom)
This refurbished room features a stylish design. It also offers an en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower and fluffy bathrobes. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the rate is based on two guests. A third adult can book, and will be charged $45 per night upon check in. Two children below 14 years of age can be accommodated in this room free of charge when booking the standard rate and using existing bedding. When booking the breakfast included rate the charge is $14 per child per night and $28 per adult, which be charged upon check-in.
