Please inform Callander Woods Holiday Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note, the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. We are a family holiday park and may contact groups who do not appear to be family groups and in some cases these bookings may be cancelled. We do not permit stag and hen parties or similar groups. Gazebos and jet skis are not permitted on the premises. Please note that cots may not fit in the bedrooms and may need to be placed in the living room area. Please note, the latest check-in time is 20:00. Late check-ins cannot be permitted. Commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodation. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and for an additional fee of GBP 5 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per accommodation can be accepted. All pictures are for illustration purposes only, makes and models can vary. WiFi is provided in the park, however it cannot be guaranteed it in every unit and WiFi signal may be weak.

Two Bedroom Caravan (Mobile Home, Sleeps 4, 1 Bathroom)
This two-bedroom caravan can sleep a maximum of 4 guests. The property features an open-plan lounge, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and a shower room. There is a picnic table outside for guest use. Bed linen and towels are provided. The three-bedroom caravan holiday homes can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. With central heating and double glazing there is an open-plan lounge, and a dining and kitchen area. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, and a shower room and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a picnic table. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. Pets are charged at GBP 5 per night per pet.
Camping Pod 4 (No WC) (Tent, Sleeps 3, 1 Bedroom)
The camping pods can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child. Amenities include a double bed, double sofa bed, kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge and TV. The pods are fully heated and have their own private entrance. Guests have access to shared family bathrooms, toilet and shower facilities, laundry and dish washing area. Guests are advised to bring their own bedding (including duvet & pillows)/sleeping bag and towels Cutlery and crockery are not provided, therefore it is recommended to bring your own camping equipment Please advise at time of booking if a pet-friendly pod is required, as these are subject to availability. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. Pets are charged at GBP 5 per pet per night.

S Pod 6 (Studio, Sleeps 4, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
The S-pods provide a glamping experience for up to 6 people (max 4 adults). To access the mezzanine level, guests are required to ascend via a steep and narrow step ladder. This S-Pod offers a shower room, kitchen area with a 4 burner hob, grill, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The accommodation also provides Freeview TV with built in DVD, heating and outdoor decking. This pod offers a mezzanine level with child twin beds, fold out sofa bed in the lounge area and dining table that converts into a double bed.
Two Bedroom Deluxe Junior Lodge with Hot Tub (Chalet, Sleeps 4, 2 Bathrooms)
This two-bedroom junior lodge (40x13) has an open-plan living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher & washing machine), the double bedroom offers a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, there is a twin bedroom and a family shower room. The outside space offers a decked area with a private hot tub and outdoor furniture. This contemporary lodge caters for up to 4 people. A maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. Pets are charged at GBP 5 per night per pet.
Two Bedroom Accessible Caravan (Mobile Home, Sleeps 4, 1 Bathroom)
This spacious two bedroom caravan holiday home features a large twin bedroom complete with a portable helper frame, another twin bedroom and a wet room with level access shower, a seat and a handrail. Contemporary open-plan lounge/dining room and wide access galley kitchen with low level cooker and sink makes it ideal for couples and families up to 4. It has full central heating and double glazing. Widened hallways and widened sliding doors perfect for wheelchair or walker users. Ramp access. Freeview channels now available.
3 Bedroom Deluxe Junior Lodge with hot Tub (Chalet, Sleeps 4, 2 Bathrooms)
These 13ft wide, three bedroom lodges each feature their own private hot tub, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and shower room. A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a washing machine, and an open plan living and dining area are also available for guests.
