Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behaviour allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability. Please note guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID and front of credit card after booking. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the hotel at least in advance of arrival. Late check-out can also be requested at an extra cost per hour. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to stay at the property. Please note, lost or damaged keys will be subject to an additional fee of GBP 100.
