Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Kalkan Villa Royal in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The last 200-250 meters of the villa consist of a steep path which is very easy to navigate. Please note, for the periods from December 1st to May 31st, 125 euros per week will be charged for heating costs for the indoor pool. Otherwise the pool heat pump will not be switched on. For bookings of less than 7 days, a flat rate of 70 euros is required for final cleaning on site. 1.)Please do not leave open food in the kitchen or by the pool between May and November. This is a precaution to prevent ants from entering. (In these months ants search for food.) 2. Please lock the garbage bag well, throw it in the trash and make sure the bins are closed.
