Traditional village in the Schlern / Sciliar region but not lift-linked to the main Sella Ronda/Val Gardena area. Limited local skiing is dominated by a 2.5km black but the much more extensive runs of Alpe di Siusi are on the pass.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Kastelruth / Castelrotto is Bolzano, 39 minutes drive away.

Innsbruck Airport, Verona, Brescia, Bergamo, Salzburg, Treviso and Venice airports are all within three hours drive.

Bolzano is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.
