Located on a plateau above Antey-St-Andre in the Valtournenche Valley with the Matterhorn (Monte Cervinio) at it's head. There are six hotels in the village and a discothèque.


The Italian ski resort of Torgnon is in the Italian Alps at an altitude of 1,485m.

Torgnon has direct access to 9 marked pistes, served by a total of 6 ski lifts.

With ski lifts as high as 2,250m, snow cover is generally reliable.


There is skiing to suit a range of abilities.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Torgnon is Turin Caselle, 87 minutes drive away.

Sion, Milan Malpensa, Turin Cuneo, Geneva, Genoa, Annecy, Bergamo, Lugano and Milan Linate airports are all within three hours drive.


Ski Lift Capacity

The six ski lifts are able to uplift 5,500 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow Making

Snow-making is available, on 10km of ski runs, with 6 snow cannons.

When is Torgnon open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

We don't yet have specific details of the COVID-19 precautions being taken in Torgnon, but they are likely to include most of the following :-
