Skiing

The resort is primarily located on the slopes of Babia Góra, the highest peak in the Beskidy range, reaching an elevation of 1,725 meters. Key ski areas include the Mosorny Groń and the Zawoja - Markowa with notable pistes like the red ‘Biała’ and the black ‘Kolejowa’, serviced by modern lifts like the Mosorny Groń chairlift.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Zawoja is Krakow, 81 minutes drive away.

Katowice, Ostrava, Poprad–Tatry, Žilina and Rzeszów airports are all within three hours drive.

Zawoja is easily accessible via Kraków Airport, approximately 90 km away, with regular bus transfers available. Alternatively, driving from Kraków along the DK7 road offers a scenic route to this charming ski resort.
