How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Sälen is Sälen Trysil, 26 minutes drive away.

Trondheim and Karlstad airports are all within three hours drive.

Sälen Trysil is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Traveling to Sälen is convenient, with the nearest major airport being Scandinavian Mountains Airport, located about 25 kilometers away. Visitors can also reach the resort by car via the E45 highway, offering scenic routes through the Swedish countryside.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Late April.
