Originally built around 1500, Bärenwirth in Patsch can be found 9 km from the centre of Innsbruck off the Brenner Highway and 2 km from the Patscherkofel Ski Area. It offers en-suite rooms with free high-speed WiFi and a restaurant serving typical Tyrolean cuisine. Free private parking is available on site.

The quiet rooms offer panoramic mountain views and come with solid wooden furniture, a TV and a private bathroom with a bath.

A rich breakfast and typical Tyrolean specialities are served in the restaurant, also providing great mountain views. On Saturday and Sunday the breakfast time is extended until 11:00. A more various choisce of products is available as well. A grocery shop and a bakery are within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.

A bus going to the Patscherkofel Ski Area and to the centre Innsbruck stops right next to the property. A mountain bike trail to Patscherkofel and a toboggan run pass the Bärenwirth and hiking trails can be accessed right outside. Toboggans can be rented on site.

Important Information

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and that self check-in is possible for guests arriving on a Tuesday.

Please also note that at the exit of the motorway Patsch (exit 7) there is a partial charge of the Brenner toll that has to be paid. Please keep the invoice and there will be no additional costs. The partial fee will be reimbursed to you within 24 hours.

Please also note that there are 2 separate double rooms next to each other without a connecting door.
