Haideralm

The Italian ski resort of Haideralm is in the Italian Alps at an altitude of 1,500m, with 20km of marked runs.

Summary

Haideralm is part of the Ortler Skiarena area with access to 297km of downhill skiing, with 123 marked pistes, served by a total of 79 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Haideralm itself (20km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Ortler Skiarena ski resorts of Latsch Tarscheralm, Maseben, Mendel Ruffrè, Meran 2000, Pfelders, Reinswald, Rittner Horn, Schnalstal, Schöneben, Schwemmalm, Sulden am Ortler, Trafoi am Ortler, Vigiljoch, Watles and Minschuns.

With ski lifts as high as 2,700m, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.

Haideralm offers some good boarding and there is a Snow Park in Haideralm.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Haideralm is Innsbruck Airport, 88 minutes drive away.

Bolzano, St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Friedrichshafen, Memmingen and Verona airports are all within three hours drive.

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

COVID-19 / Coronavirus

We don't yet have specific details of the COVID-19 precautions being taken in Haideralm, but they are likely to include most of the following :-

  • Face masks required on lifts, and in shops.
  • Social distancing in public areas.
  • Reduced lift capacity.
  • Extensive disinfection / sanitization.
