The region of Aletsch comprises the ski slopes of Bettmeralp, Fiescheralp and Riederalp.


The ski area includes 3 Ski Resorts with a combined total of 104km of downhill skiing, with 49 marked pistes, served by a total of 23 ski lifts. The appropriate Lift Pass allows you to ski or snowboard in any of the ski areas of Bettmeralp, Fiescheralp and Riederalp.

With ski lifts as high as 2,900m, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.


Aletsch offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.


Aletsch offers some good boarding and there are a variety of Snow and Terrain Parks in Aletsch, Bettmeralp, Fiescheralp and Riederalp.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Aletsch is Sion, 90 minutes drive away.

Geneva, St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Milan Malpensa, Basel, Zurich, Lugano, Annecy, Milan Linate and Berne airports are all within three hours drive.


Ski Lift Capacity

The 23 ski lifts are able to uplift 34,000 skiers and snowboarders every hour.
