Lenk

Traditional, picturesque resort with a compact ski area linked to that of Adelboden. Originally a spa village, après-ski is generally geared towards a more mature clientelle, who have over 30 restaurants to choose from.

The Swiss ski resort of Lenk is in the Swiss Alps at an altitude of 1,070m, with 132km of marked runs.

Lenk is part of the Adelboden-Lenk ski area with access to 342km of downhill skiing, with 177 marked pistes, served by a total of 94 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Lenk itself (132km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Adelboden-Lenk ski resort of Adelboden.

With ski lifts as high as 2,100m, snow cover is generally reliable.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Lenk is Berne, 100 minutes drive away.

Basel, Geneva, Sion, Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Zurich and Annecy airports are all within three hours drive.

The 39 ski lifts are able to uplift 38,100 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow-making is available, on 34km of ski runs, with 80 snow cannons.

When is Lenk open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is early December, and usual closing is Mid April.
