Freudenstadt

Freudenstadt is a major cross-country ski centre in the black forest, with two lifts locally. However a further down or so small drag lifts are located along the Schwarzwaldhofstrasse or Black Forest Road between 2 and 10km (1 - 7 miles) from the resort centre. Used partly to access cross-country terrain, and partly for limited downhill skiing and tobogganning, These lifts are not connected to one another, there are six toboggan runs in the area.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Freudenstadt is Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, 70 minutes drive away.

Stuttgart, Strasbourg, Mannheim, Basel, Zurich, Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Friedrichshafen, St. Gallen-Altenrhein and Memmingen airports are all within three hours drive.
